The philosophy of Evolve Yoga Company (EYC) is to create an environment and experience which empowers its students to live a healthy, balanced life through the consistent practice of yoga. EYC is a modern version of an ancient practice designed to create physical and mental fitness.
Yoga at EYC is not about bending ourselves into the shape of a pretzel or sitting quietly in a candlelit room waiting for enlightenment. This practice is about breathing and moving our bodies as a means to quiet our minds.
In every class we challenge our physical limits and explore our mental limitations, breaking through into new possibilities. Regular practice empowers us to meet life's challenges with strength and equanimity.

This class can help you add yoga to your daily practice and join all other classes we have here at EYC.
Unlimited Classes monthly
Evolve 101: An introductory class to learn and review the poses safely! We will work on breathing and movement. This class will help you drop in to any of our other classes with ease and without judgment! Our goal is to make yoga attainable with your current routine!
E1: A vinyasa class that will flow with breath and movement to warm the body and create space! This class is great for all levels!
E2: This class is a Vinyasa style class at a faster pace. Be prepared to sweat and be challenged! We use resistance bands and blocks for a more intense practice! Athletic? This is the class for you! Intermediate to Advanced levels.
All Levels: All students, beginner to the most advanced are welcome for an invigorating morning practice to start off those weekend mornings! Vinyasa style class with attention to movement, breath and alignment alongside strength and flexibility asanas (poses)!
